By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

General terms
I reserve the right to decline and refund a commission if I feel uncomfortable or unable to complete your request.
Visual reference of some form is required. I won't work on verbal reference alone.
Sketches will be available to view on my Trello, and I typically try to work on my commissions on stream so that I can make fixes live. Not always of course, but I try!
Small edits to some artworks are okay, but I won't do large edits after-the-fact without an extra fee.
Finished commissions may be listed as examples. Please let me know ahead of time if you aren't comfortable with it.
Turnaround times
Though I typically try to work on commissions right away, please keep in mind that I am a multiply disabled artist (physical and mental), so my energy can fluctuate. I appreciate your patience and interest despite this!
Turnaround times will be different depending on commission types, and are priced accordingly.
Without unforeseen circumstances, I try to finish a commission within 2 weeks of starting work at maximum.
If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I will refund you and let you know. (This hasn't happened for me yet thankfully, but isn't out of the realm of possibility!)
